L' AV - 7 è un'antenna veicolare ad alte prestazioni per uso su tutti i veicoli di superficie in cui sono richieste comunicazioni aereomobili sulla banda di frequenza VHF COM. Costruita con un rastremato 17-7PH frusta in acciaio inox e lo spring mount per una maggiore resistenza. Tutti i raccordi esposti sono in ottone cromato o acciaio inox. Il montaggio è facile da realizzare sul tetto, cofano, parafango o qualsiasi altro luogo idoneo tramite una base magnetica o fissa " NMO ". L'antenna viene pre- sintonizzata per operare nel velivolo VHF banda di frequenza COM di 118-137 MHz e può essere acquistata come un pacchetto completo o separatamente.

The AV-7 is a high performance vehicular antenna for use on all surface vehicles where communications on the aircraft VHF COM frequency band are required. Heavy duty constructed with a tapered 17-7PH stainless steel whip and spring mount. All exposed fittings are chrome-plated brass or stainless steel. Mounting is easily achieved on rooftop, cowl, fender or other suitable location via a magnetic or fixed “NMO” base. The antenna comes pre-tuned to operate in the aircraft VHF COM frequency band of 118-137 MHz and can be purchased as a complete package or separate antenna and mounting base.
